To netCoders 5th year anniversary, we decided to restructure the website and to introduce some fundamental changes that we think became necessary. I will now list up the major changes and explain what these change mean for you.
1. Board reset
To get rid of the hangover and spam, that accumulated within the years, the board has been cleaned up. Orphant and unnecessary boards, usergroups and threads have been deleted to increase speed. As we now focus on support, the public section for multiplayer hacks has been dropped.
The following usergroups have been removed as they've prooven to be non-beneficial:
- nC Coders
- nC Promoters
- nC Diamond
- nC Legend
- Any customer usergroup of inactive/dead nC product
- Public multiplayer cheats (incl. subsections)
- Public development (inc. subsections)
- Any support board of inactive/dead nC product
- Certain private/staff boards
nC will no longer support or sell lifetime packages. Instead, we now switch to a subscription (time) based system. In order to cover costs, pay for staff and advertising, a subscription based system is the more adequate concept to support this. On the other side, possible customers benefit from a more dynamic pricing scheme.
3. Existing customer
In case you had an active subscription or your purchased recently, please read the sticky on how to claim your free new subscription.
4. Support tickets
We've installed a support ticket system which will allow support to be provided more efficiently. Existing customers should study the corresponding sticky in the private area.
5. Infractions and strict rules
Not using the search button, sensless posts, spam and disregarding rules has been a big problem in the past. From now on, a strict infraction system and a bunch of rules will make sure that nC stays a clean, usefull and helpful resource. Find out more about infractions reading the sticky.
6. Former moderators
To keep the website clean and smooth, we do need a few busy guys taking care of its content. Former moderators are welcome to apply for that position again. Please send a private message to MigrosBudget.
7. nC experience points
If you like to help nC by doing SEO, uploading youtube videos, tutorials, configs, web templates, webdesign etc. you can now do that beeing rewarded with nC points! nC points can be converted to subscribe to nC products. Existing customers can apply to open jobs. Non-customers may get a chance to earn some points from time to time too. Just make sure to read our announcements.

General information
With the relaunch and drop of the old board, former customers do have to register a new account before calling for customer status. As some vendors became inactive, nC no longer offers support for outdated hacks of the following vendors:
- Anything from inspire
- Anything from Delikon
Cerberus and k-0tic customers should wait for them to leave a shout about their future. Customers of my products (codXBot, etBot) are going to receive support and updates as it used to, based on a subscription basis.
Former Customers of codXBot and etBot
With the new integrated subscription system, I can no longer use the old license server. Instead, every customer has to be subscribed to an active subscription in order to use a hack. Therefore I have to transfer "old" customers to our new licensing scheme. The transfer is going to be free of charge, but there are some limitations:
Former lifetime membership
Any lifetime project of mine is declared dead by end of May 2009. However customers that recently purchased a former lifetime product may sign up for a free subscription to a products corresponding successor:
- lifetime purchased before 01.06.2008 - none
- lifetime purchased 01.06.2008 - 31.12.08 - 3 months
- lifetime purchased 01.01.2009 - 31.03.09 - 6 months
- lifetime purchased after 31.03.09 - 12 months
cod4Bot/cod5Bot std. customers who had an active subscription are going to recieve a subscription for the corresponding successor. The former subscriptions will be extended by 1 month due the websites downtime.

Update: Please verify that you purchased AFTER 01.06.2008! I do receive quite a few request of people trying to get a free subscription. Once again, if you purchased before 01.06.08 you do NOT qualify for a free subscription! In case you lost your transaction id, send every information you can find so I can lookup and find it. Otherwise you are out of luck.
